When you request an appointment, we collect the contact details and treatment interest you provide, along with the appointment time you select. Payment details are collected and processed securely by Stripe and are not stored by this website.
How information is used
We use this information to arrange and administer your appointment, communicate with you about your care, process the booking deposit, and meet our legal and clinical obligations.
Service providers
Booking information is transferred to our Clinic EMR. Stripe processes appointment deposits. These providers handle information under their own security and privacy commitments.
