Appointments and deposits
An appointment is confirmed only after the required deposit is successfully processed and you receive confirmation. A time shown as available may be held briefly while another patient completes payment.
Cancellations
Deposits, cancellation windows, rescheduling, late arrivals, and no-shows are subject to the policy communicated by the clinic when your appointment is confirmed.
